Allana was chosen to be a part of Australia at Rugby Sevens 2013, but later knee injuries forced her out of the game. It took a few years for Allana to re-enter the rugby league. Allana played in her first women's rugby union game that was played in New South Wales in 2013 and she was the star of the match that was played against Queensland. Allana also has radio in her CV, and has made regular appearances on the 2GB's most rated Continuous Call Team. Beyond sports, Allana is also a trained teacher. Allana Ferguson enjoys the rare privilege of representing Australia at three different sporting events, including Rugby Sevens as well as Rugby League and Touch. Jillaroos' star Allana Ferguson has been called upon to announce an early end to her rugby league career following a tear to her ACL for the fourth time.
